The interior of the room and the stairs are very new and beautiful. The owner is enthusiastic. However, when my family stayed, the home stay was being renovated so the view was not very good. But the good thing is that it is very airy and has a balcony. If I have the chance to return to Hue, I will still rent it again!

We had 1 reservation for 1 night at this hotel and everything went wrong 😞… the communication, supposedly the location was in the center and in fact it is more than 5km from the center, the pool advertised in the photos was empty and very dirty and communication with the hotel was difficult.
Given these conditions, we requested cancellation and looked for another hotel in the center of Hue and quickly found one.
The hotel photos do not match the hotel.
The hotel did not accept the cancellation, but I opened a dispute with Revolut and the money was refunded.
Trip.com was of little help and so I cancelled another reservation I had made because I didn't want to be deceived again.
Be careful with the photos advertised by hotels 😞
