首先衞生：房間裏面一股惡臭，這種惡臭來自於下水道湧上來的異味。
其次環境：衞生都已經這樣了，房間內還會有環境嗎？
再次服務：這個酒店幾乎可以稱之為無服務，如果説打電話送個水，送個毛巾，就叫做服務的話，那可以稱之為的話，那就説明有服務，但是提醒各位的是請11點過後不要打電話給前台讓服務員送東西，她會告訴你，請你自己下樓來拿，因為阿姨睡覺了，第一次住酒店聽到這種話，很詫異！

1.衞生間地漏反臭味，導致整個房間都是臭味
2.插座兩個手機插上沒法充電，插座裏面接頭鬆動了
3.店員基本禮儀都沒有，不會處理異常客訴
4.反饋建議店長無視，退房前都沒有説法
