**退房前台都沒有人 然後我就把房卡放前台 現在打電話給我説要扣超時房費 那為什麼你們前台沒有人上班 還有枕頭一個很硬 叫前台換一個也説等下找找看有沒有 難道一個酒店連枕頭都沒有嗎

房間，衞生都更不錯，就有一個前台服務態度更差。最後退房讓開發票一臉不情願，我都搞不懂了，我們正常消費了，開發票這個理所應當。如果是因為我打擾到你摸魚休息了，你可以直接和我説，擺個苦瓜臉誰看着都會很不爽
