優缺點都很明顯。建議精力好或行李少的人考慮這家。房主如果在房屋介紹中坦誠網上房屋圖僅供參考、提供同等面積住房可能不會帶來落差。
優點：價格較附近民宿低廉，二百多一晚；設施不壞
缺點：房型不符合、小區地形對遊客較複雜、房主服務態度一般、設施一般
房主很好地把握了人性和平台規則的邊緣交叉點，對於臨時經停長途跋涉的旅客來講屬於火上澆油。

除了離泰達航母近，位置沒有任何優勢，入住當天房東給發的房號與預訂不符，新裝修有一點味道，東西沒有實際那麼齊全，一次性拖鞋給了六雙但是至少有一雙是別人穿過的，預訂的6人入住，只有4個枕頭，最搞笑的是在其他平台預訂房東家的另一套房源，五一前十幾天説房子漏水避免影響體驗，我退訂了，後來再看房價從198（我預訂時間特別早）漲了好幾百，最後從攜程定了他家另外的這套，着實有緣分又有一點滑稽

訂的沙灘觀景房，到了根本看不到，電視看不了，吹風機壞的，到了沒電，又電話聯繫後才買的電，熱水器也需要充電後才能燒，衞生間玻璃透明的，等了好久才燒熱，感覺糟糕透了！

房間連燒水壺都沒有，缺少物品需要自己到樓下倉庫拿。浴室置物架還有兩瓶打開蓋空着的洗髮水和沐浴液，不知道是不是上一家住完壓根就沒打掃過。水池旁的沐浴液也是被打開用過一半的，而且浴巾有酸臭味。衞生間連紙簍都沒有，真是無語。房屋內傢俱特別簡陋，床還特別硬。這是我住過最差的民宿。

天津夢院星空民宿民宿真的沒選錯，很衞生，又安靜，環境很好，三室一廳，住6個人沒問題，就跟回到自己家一樣，來天津可以預約天津夢院星空民宿

#負評#對鄰近店舖，房間佈局，床品舒適度，鄰近活動，隔音，梳洗用品失望；房间设施太简陋，连一次性拖鞋都没有，没有网，半夜还停电，进入小区开车路也不好走，床和枕头太难受了，主要卫生好差，不会再去第二次，差评差评差评

位置偏僻，導航找不到，難以入住，找不到就算了，還不能退，全額房費都扣了，體驗感極差，建議朋友們擦亮眼睛看清楚，別影響旅遊體驗感。

看着還不錯的民宿，發票開不了，一直説給開，打電話説的比唱的還好聽，一直都沒開，衞生超級差勁，床單感覺一個星期沒換了，強烈不建議
