換兩次房，都有蟲子，下水道飛蟲，第三間房床底有蟲子，已經爬上床了，自行處理了沒再找酒店。前台服務態度差，房卡充磁，第一次沒給充，第二次推卸責任，無奈繼續入住也是為了考試委曲求全，總之體驗感極差。

套房面積挺大的，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，服務態度很好。下雪了，進出大堂都能喝到暖暖的茶。酒店位置好，出行很方便。

家人反饋很不錯，位於塘沽中心位置，去哪裡都方便，當日下雨，避免家人路途折騰，非常好的臨時落腳點，可以很好的放鬆，休息！

位置在塘沽體育館附近，周圍吃的比較多，離火車站也比較近。衞生比較乾淨，服務也可以，有送餐機器人負責外賣。作為一天的過渡酒店我也沒太多要求了，但是沒有浴袍我真的沒搞懂，之前沒住過全季，難道都是這樣？綜合性價比可以。

凌晨入住，中午十二點打電話讓退房。其他住過的所有酒店都是14點退。這個酒店堅持12點退房，還得攜程協調溝通。不愉快的入住體驗。

網上訂的房間，提前就打電話告知讓找一個乾淨衞生的房間，前台説沒問題，已備註，結果晚上下了高鐵去入住，打開房間聞到刺鼻的味道，床頭櫃上一層不明液體，打電話讓他們收拾了我以為就沒有問題了，準備去衞生間，打開衞生間門，一股尿騷味撲鼻而來，查看了半天，結果是洗澡的隔間發散出來的，地上都是尿漬，再次打電話，説給換房間！折騰了挺久才入住，但是新換的房間在心裏也不覺得有多乾淨了，很想投訴這樣的不負責的酒店，不明白為何會這麼不負責把沒打掃的房間給客人入住！告訴我房嫂下班了，呵呵。。。。。
