Room was good, comfortable bed, nice towels - only thing that could have been better is the cleanliness of the shower - there was orange gunk on the marmor plate. Western breakfast options on the other hand were pitiful. Terrible baguette and little else. Location: it is what it is. Close to a mall, not too far from the station or the ocean.

The hotel, while modern, is not conveniently located. One noticeable downside was the absence of small spoons and plates in the room. Despite these drawbacks, the standout service from the housekeeper, Wong Jing, made a significant positive impact. Wong Jing went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness and care, especially when my son fell ill during our stay. Additionally, a front desk gentleman promptly assisted us in contacting a hospital and arranging a taxi, willingly covering the fare upfront. Despite the inconveniences, the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Wong Jing and the front desk gentleman, ultimately made our stay a pleasant one.

Checked into the hotel on January 30th and was very impressed. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm and comfortable, and the bedding is very clean and tidy, making me feel the warmth of home. In addition, the hotel's service staff is friendly, professional and thoughtful. Whether it is the front desk reception or the room service, I am very satisfied. Arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. There is parking outside. The hotel is clean and of four-star standard. Overall, the experience is good. It would be better if the breakfast was richer.
