The hotel is centrally located and very close to Binhai West Station, Metro Line 9, the seaside and other places. The transportation is convenient. The room is clean, warm and fully equipped. There is a free laundry room. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. I really feel at home. The price is reasonable and the price of star coins is really recommended!

這個地方是真的真的非常的好，真的沒話説，做了挺久的車來到這裏才發現，比想象的還要好，首先咱説外面房子特別特別的新，裏面的東西也是新的，然後服務員也是兩個美女，進去之後和我們很熱情的打招呼，環境也非常的美，非常的好看，我們的房間在五樓，進去以後真的是大1. 坐了挺久的車來到這裏才發現，比想象的還要好，距離濱海新站很近。服務員很熱情的打招呼，環境也非常的美，，進去以後真的是大開眼界啊哇，真的太好了，衞生也好，有免費洗衣房。而且周邊的環境也好，出去門對面就是一個小超市，你可以買想要的東西，然後右面就是吃飯的地方有重慶小麪，還有火鍋，這真的是去濱海新區值得推薦的一個賓館，真的，沒有説假話，首先衞生是絕對沒的説，都是非常的乾淨！！真的非常值得推薦了一個地方，給100個贊

又一次到濱海新區出差，入住該酒店，酒店儘管開業時間比較長，設施比較老舊，主要是前台接待熱情，離辦事地點比較近，酒店周邊吃飯方便，有免費停車場，旁邊就是大超市，簡單購物方便。

性價比很高。兩大帶了兩小，衹要不太胖都可以住下。有電視沒時間看，配備電水壺，紙杯，礦泉水，電吹風，牙膏牙刷拖鞋，衣架和簡易晾衣架。這個房型浴室在衞生間內部，挺整潔的，毛巾浴巾也是清潔消毒後放在密封袋裡。床墊躺着比較舒適，不軟塌塌也不硌。硬説缺點的話，可能牆壁下緣牆皮還是壁紙有些翹的地方，不硬盯着也無傷大雅。窗外可能不甚美觀，但是陽光進來正好可以曬曬潮濕的衣服。一分錢一分貨，物超所值。工作人員服務態度不錯。門口的吃的都可口並經濟實惠。對面就是停車場位置可能會對一些人有影響，導航要專注。距離方特，野生動物園，親海公園都30左右車城。總之，完美。
