We booked 2 rooms with a "city view". But, we were given only one room with a city view, and there was no window in the other room.

The hotel is high-end and the service is warm and thoughtful. Kanna helped introduce the attractions and food in Tianjin, which was great. The trip to Tianjin was worthwhile. Kanazawa Hotel is the first choice when visiting Tianjin.
