Each room is too densely spaced, the sound insulation is very poor, and the roof of the room is leaking upstairs. There were stains and the hygienic conditions were worrisome. The comb I requested was never given to me. Let’s talk about the hair dryer. It was so difficult to use that I couldn’t use it at all. I only used it halfway and called for a replacement!

1. I think it’s understandable that the room is relatively old. After all, it’s an established big city. However, it would be wrong if many things inside are damaged and not repaired. The elevator is very poor, many buttons are broken, the tiles in the bathroom are damaged, and the windows are leaking. It’s a breeze when I first moved in in the winter. Got it 2. In fact, these equipment problems are acceptable. What is unacceptable is that the room can be opened directly without access control, and we don’t know what the problem is with the water pipes. The sound of water from the next room in the middle of the night penetrated into our place. 3. The service attitude in solving this problem in the middle of the night was also mediocre. When it seriously affected our rest, they didn’t even say sorry for disturbing our rest.

The entrance to the lobby downstairs is a bit dirty, and there is no way to park because of road construction at the door. You have to park on the roadside for eight dollars an hour. The hotel has no heating and the temperature has dropped very cold recently. The service attitude is quite good, and you can check out late at 2 o'clock.

The environment and sanitation are very good. This is my second stay. The location is very convenient, and the hotel environment is novel and unique. Everything is just right.
