前台服務很好。我的護照遺漏了，前台立馬把它送回來。房間設施還可以。環境真的很有詩意，漫步在乾隆行宮感受濃濃的歷史感。離盤山大概10 分鐘路程。

酒店外觀很好看 園林式的建築 飯菜也很好吃 但是！房間真的真的有待提升 首先我們住的是雙人間 進門之後房間裏的衞生很一般 毛巾黃黃的 沒有頂燈 床頭燈還是壞的 床單感覺也不乾淨 門每次我們出去都要開很久才能開開 馬桶居然還沒有水 是我自己加進去的 牀頭櫃下面的拖鞋很臭 總之就是外觀很好看 但是裏面真的有待提升
