外出學習 ，經同事介紹，入住這家賓館6天，住的貼心。這家賓館的地理位置好，地處商業圈，出行很方便，而且團購的券也很划算，值得推薦。

房間不算太大，非常乾淨。設施齊全。最可人的是地點在市中心，出門就是金街。出行、購物、吃飯都很方便。距離各著名景點也不遠，甚至可以徒步去。

房間衞生很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，孩子睡得很香，可能是因為不挨馬路，房間又是最後一個的原因，就是衞生間味道有點大，地漏反臭，給打掃衞生的叔説過之後，幫我清理了一下，走的時候房間打開窗户，進去衞生會小一點，其他的都沒得説，主要離我們去的地方很近，很方便，被子一點都不潮

感覺整體還是不錯的，在和平路步行街，去海河，瓷房子，五大道都比較方便。出門就是恆隆廣場，吃飯啥的很方便！

優點：1.前台阿姨和幫工的大叔很熱情，看着也很面善
2.地理位置優越，逛累了臨時開了間房間休息，還是很方便的
3.房間乾淨衞生，挑不出什麼衞生上的毛病
4.空調的制熱效果相當好，很快房間就熱起來了
缺點：畢竟衹是家賓館，硬件條件一般，但別的方便沒得説，目標羣體也不一樣嘛
總體還是很滿意的

房子沒有電梯，年齡大和帶東西沉的注意。衞生和服務都很好。空調有些老化，制熱效果不好，屋內暖氣基本沒有。
