The hotel environment is OK, but the hygiene is a bit poor. There are hairs on the towels and sheets, and the bedding has stains. The heating is off, and the air conditioning in the room doesn't work very well. The room is very cold. I asked the front desk to add a quilt, but the quilt they gave me was a quilt with balls of thread. They didn't even give me a quilt cover, let alone a cover. I felt uncomfortable just looking at it. In addition, the window in the room is almost a decoration. (The front desk said it was a window next to the corridor) In the end, I could only open it a little bit, and then there was a wall next to the window, which was not a corridor at all. There was only about 10 centimeters between the window and the wall, which was no different from a fake window. There was no way to open the window for ventilation in the room. The room was small and it was very uncomfortable to live in. I hope the hotel can improve it. I have stayed in many hotels, but the check-in experience in this hotel is really uncomfortable. I like Lavande very much. You can't go wrong. It's comfortable and hygienic. The store has free parking and is very convenient. There are many parking spaces at the door. The handsome guy at the front desk also helped with room upgrades for free. It's worth recommending. It's surrounded by the Wisdom Mountain Park. It's very convenient for eating and drinking coffee.
