The room is spacious and the view is also good. The price is quite reasonable with the central location of all famous places in TianJin
However, the soundproofing is not good ,even in the morning I have heard that neighbors had argued clearly each other at 7 am, nearly have a fight with each other. It is so noisy if anyone is hard to sleep. One bad point that it is a homestay so do not keep their luggages in out of your stay time. You need to pay more 20 yuan for the service. I think it isn’t good for service.

The stay is close to many tourist sites in the city, location is great and close to Tianjin train station. Sanitation was great and service too, if anything you could easily contact the owner and get your issues sorted. All necessary facilities were provided, very convenient. Overall it was a great stay, would 100% recommend!
