This is the second time I stayed at Erlangshan Hotel. Every time I was not disappointed. From the geographical location to the room conditions to the service attitude, everything is satisfactory. This time I came with a large family. The family members said they liked it very much. It is very cost-effective and the breakfast is delicious. 行程變化臨時決定夜宿天全。此店位置方便，近中醫醫院，停車相當方便。為一園林式建築，結構稍複雜，可簡要分為前後兩部分，以開敞連廊相連。客房多集中在後側，樓高三層無電梯，樓道鋪以地毯，環境清幽寂靜。
客房應該裝修不久，設計合理，空間寬敞明亮，設施齊備嶄新，衞生細節到位，消耗品都印有該店logo，難敵收藏之慾望。首次見到衞生間黑色遮光簾，完全達到實體牆的遮光效果，保障私隱也避免了干擾休息，此乃重大創新值得全國推廣。
單從客房裝修維護上看，足見酒店設計運營者之用心，遠勝於國內大多同行。服務熱情細緻，由於抵達時客人不多，其他見聞倒也無可指摘。即使客人不多，早餐也是到位的，該有的都有，乾淨衞生。
本店硬件設施實為四星標準，以當前價格性價比較高。天全海拔750米，是一個安靜舒適的小規模縣城，以骨科聞名，有椒麻雞等美食，無論是度假休閑還是進出藏路上的臨時休整，都是值得一來的。

室內環境不錯，早餐沒有體驗到，説是9:30早餐截止，9:20去餐廳早餐全部收了。由於向前台要瓶裝水和其他物品沒有一次電話索要，讓送東西的服務人員多跑了一次，人家有點不耐煩，提醒讓我一次性説好。但是要什麼東西有時確實不是一次能想好的啊！

我們是玩了喇叭河，再過來來天全縣的，房間乾淨整潔，還有個陽台，設施也挺不錯的，早餐味道還可以，對於五一節期間這個價格訂到這樣的酒店，性價比很高了，走的時候還送了伴手禮，一包米，還是挺用心的。

酒店的位置非常便利，下高速一條路直達。我們是晚上到的，雨城從來沒有讓人失望過，每次來都下雨，前台工作人員雷強（不知道有沒有記錯名字）服務熱情，辦理入住手續迅速高效，還特別細心給我們介紹酒店，幫我們提行李帶到房間，雖然第一次來卻有回家的親切感。
房間超級乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適增添了居家的温馨感。衞生間更是智能化系統，配套設施一應俱全。
