The room facilities are very simple and new, and the living experience is very good.
The tourism service during the Spring Festival holiday in Tianshui this year was not very good. We ate Eden Garden Malatang, but there was no place to eat it, so we had to pack it up and take it back to the hotel. I ate Mark's Grab-and-Go at night, but there was no place to eat it, so I had to take it away.
There is a microwave at the hotel front desk, which was very helpful in heating up the food for us. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and asked me if I wanted disposable chopsticks.
We were supposed to visit Maiji Mountain the next day, but the lady at the front desk said that it was snowing heavily and the park might be closed, so she suggested that we call the scenic spot. When I called the phone, it turned out to be turned off, so I saved myself a wasted trip.
In general, this hotel is relatively good in Tianshui, and the living experience is also very good, especially the twin room, which has a good view of the river.

The room was very clean and warm. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas and was fully equipped. I heard from the front desk that there was a spa on the first floor below ground, so I went down to take a look. The environment was very good and the staff were very enthusiastic.
