住了很多酒店，這家酒店是最差的一家，1.首先服務態度極其惡劣，愛搭不理的樣子，感覺欠他的一樣2.房間衞生很差，別的也就忍了，衞生間毛巾都弄不乾淨，毛巾黑，而且上面有污漬3.房間的電視和網絡一直不好，網絡一直連接不上，電視一直看不了，這都可以忍，但是，房間的智能語音一直在響，整點報時還有網絡連結不好，（問前台了，前台説關不了，讓我要是想睡覺就把電卡拔了，），還有語音助手在房頂聲音很大，一晚上每隔幾分鐘就提醒網絡連接不好，一整晚都在提醒，從晚上回到房間插上房卡就一直在響，凌晨受不了了拔掉了電卡才睡了一會。4.入住的時候一臉的舊社會，快到退房時間的時候也是臭臉，説是一點退延時收費，説續住，然後又説沒有大床房只有標間，跟他們説因為他們的語音一整晚都沒睡好，人家還説反正一點就要退，整個就是差到極致，沒見過這麼讓人無語的。

酒店裡麪很新，應該是比較新的酒店，樓下有一家天水很火的麻辣燙，房間裏算是乾淨，除了毛巾不太能用，就在火車站附近停車非常困難，我們找了很久的車位，但是總體很滿意，

多次入住了，以前全部都是五星好評，這次真的讓人生氣。
房間電視機反應超級慢，而且播放一陣後會黑屏。
隔壁房間四五個人喝着酒大聲吵鬧也沒人管，太吵睡不着給前台打電話想讓她處理一下，結果一直沒人接電話，打了三遍，都是空響。
一直吵到凌晨快3點了，吵的我忍不住拿手砸牆，可是對面安靜一會兒又開始吵，對睡眠輕的人。這樣真的會瘋。

服務態度極差，住的第一個房子總能聽到一些奇奇怪怪的聲音，要求換房，跟欠了前台八百萬的一樣，加錢態度也不好。服務態度特別差。
