Service: The welcome fruits include apples and bananas, but the apples are rotten. This is the responsibility of the housekeeping department. If you check during cleaning, there will be no rotten apples that affect the experience. The most heart-warming thing is that the security guard is very enthusiastic, directing the parking and enthusiastically taking the luggage. The ladies at the front desk are also nice and enthusiastic. Catering: The breakfast time given by the front desk is 7:30-9:30. When we arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock, there was not much food. It was not a good travel breakfast.

差評雖遲必到啊，這麼奇葩的酒店我可一定得記錄一下。首先我們3月29號預訂的兩個房間兩晚，309一晚，4月11號入住的時候攜程239百度229。第一天入住已經很晚了，第二天向攜程反應，及時幫我們協調退掉了第二天的，按現價239又定的，酒店的解釋是因為清明節所以四月的房費都提價了，後來因為客源原因又降了。在天水這麼一個小地方，提價幅度之高，歎為觀止。 入住體驗也不咋地，外面浮塵屋裡聞着土味兒撲鼻，這就算了，半夜12點多隔壁大哥洗澡唱歌就跟站在我屋裡一樣身臨其境。特意訂的智能投屏房，418這個房間就兩個晚上都沒wifi。第二晚前台服務員到房間親測微信都顯示連接中，就別説看電視了。 我們因為連住兩晚特意第二天早上和酒店前台打電話説不要打掃衞生，結果回房間的時候發現垃圾桶是沒倒，但是不知道誰的口罩包裝扔在裏面。我打電話問前台怎麼回事，為什麼還是有人進房間，説是服務員送果盤。好了，到了最奇葩的環節，本來房間有兩盤如圖所示的果盤，我走的時候完全沒動過，回來不僅沒多，還少了一盤。當然我糾結的不是果盤，到退房我也沒吃，是酒店的這個服務莫名其妙啊。 停車也是如圖所示的難啊，是這樣停一溜，停完把車鑰匙留給前台，萬一有別的客人要出來就不打擾客人，酒店負責挪車。 車鑰匙給前台的時候特意貼了房號，第二天早上退房，給了我一把別的房間的坦克300車鑰匙！！！我説這不是我的，前台説是一樣的，車一樣的，鑰匙不一樣啊親，這管理水平簡直無語到家。我問我的車鑰匙呢，説給了一個男的，我們兩個女的入住兩個房間，哪來的男的？！原來是給了別的客人，這位正在酒店門口對着車納悶打不開門。 這一系列操作下來，酒店老闆在我離店後打電話，説你把你反應的情況再給我説一遍。我説我正在聽講解參觀，她説那我下午給你打，我説我下午買了特窟的講解，我聽你給我打電話？！老闆的口氣不容置疑，感覺我是她的員工。

設施：比我預期的要好，就是熱水壺不太好用，容量有點小，希望能改進。 衞生：衞生非常好，床單乾淨，晚上休息很自在。 環境：環境優雅，國潮風格很棒，內部設計很優秀，每一層設施分明，庭院式的內部結構優秀，用一種在古代的感覺。 服務：服務安心，服務人員很熱心，前台小姐姐特別用心，還很熱情。還送了水果和湯圓，味道不錯。 特色項目：罐罐茶很休息閑的項目，累了坐下來煮個茶，感覺不錯。漢服沒時間拍，麻辣燙帶走了。

好喜歡這種國風裝修，有韻味，房間很大，很乾凈，還送了歡迎水果，前台小姐姐很漂亮，還熱情，臨走詢問麻辣燙哪家正宗，還送我兩袋麻辣粉，下次來天水還選這裏🌹

説送麻辣燙，結果送的麻辣粉，早知道不是麻辣燙就出去吃飯了。罐罐茶沒小吃，想不通這個酒店為什麼是豪華型，價格979，難道就是為了忽悠外地人嗎
