房間可以，就是冷，必須開空調才可以睡覺，否則估計會凍醒😂😂😂
老闆很熱心，早餐也不錯，早上現做的，暖和。不過床上有電熱毯，不會的老闆會教你使用，離景區很近，農家樂嘛，可以了。

就在景區裏，有一説一，農家院，設備沒法和連鎖酒店相比，但是總體來講衞生什麼的也還可以，但是，坐在校園裡對的就是夕陽下的麥積山，如此價格，你還要啥自行車！

老闆親自到車站接送。我是早晨到的，剛結束上一段旅程還很疲憊，還沒到入住時間，老闆免費幫我升級了個空着的大房間讓我休息。小院離景區不遠，走路十分鐘很方便，晚上山裡很涼快，睡覺都不用開空調。老闆一家人都很好，都是笑臉相迎很好説話。飯菜都很可口，小炒肉我一人光盤還塞下了三個饅頭，大家可以試試（ ̀⌄ ́），總之會推薦給朋友的，祝老闆發財（⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎）

位置很好，離麥積山石窟1公里多點，有院子能停車，就是進去的路幾百米路還是土路要開慢點，在麥積山上能看到他家院子，早餐15一位，孩子免費，味道還不錯，老闆説以前在2樓能看到麥積山的，現在草木長高遮擋了，但在那幾百米的土路上有個絕佳的拍攝點，衞生方面都還可以

沒有想到都是石窟，麥積山這邊森林覆蓋率那麼高，空氣非常濕潤涼爽，小院離麥積山非常近，自駕前一天晚上到，第二天一早遊玩，基本不排隊，非常節約時間，玩下來一個半小時搞定。比遊客中心那邊區間車方便太多，也比住市區好。
床品雖有些舊，但比較乾淨，必需品都有，價格也親民，老闆家飯菜可口。總體性價比很高。

服務非常非常周到，接送我們去石窟，然後去仙人崖也送到公交車站！表揚表揚！飯菜很好吃，小朋友説希望能把菜單上的菜都吃遍，哈，下次有機會的吧！住在山裡真的很好呢！民宿位置就在石窟附近，就是不隔音，很早就會被吵醒了嗚嗚

她家的菜炒得好吃，收費也合理，她家位置在景區裏，住它家可以節約你的景區擺渡車的錢直接衹買門票就行，步行到麥積山很近，在她家旁邊的樓頂就可以遠觀麥積山，我們看了夕陽

因為下雨到達當天景區關閉了，就訂了2晚。第一天看到雲霧繚繞的山景，第二天看到滿天的繁星，小院的天台正對麥積山。老闆公交車站和景區都接送。野菜好好吃。
去景區34路車（或60路車）從天水火車站（或天水南站）始發到麥積山終點站，
回市區60路車麥積山始發到天水南站終點站轉1路公交到秦州公交站總站（玩伏羲廟）
離開天水6路車秦州公交站始發到到天水火終點站。
景區關閉60路停開了，但34路正常運行。

環境：位於麥積山地質公園內，避暑勝地、環境清幽，離景點入口步行七八分鐘，還省了景區電瓶車費用，完美！
設施：有個漂亮的農家小院，可以在大自然的環抱中就餐，美美噠！樓頂可望見麥積山。房間非常乾淨，房間有空調，床上有電熱毯，衞生間配有一次性馬桶墊，農家樂中翹楚！
服務：接待的年輕夫婦和做飯的長者家都非常熱情、周到、大方，對小孩子非常照顧，感謝🙏
他們家的農家飯菜可口美味，分量十足，價格還便宜，一定要品嚐喲😋
