The ashtrays were not emptied, the urine spots on the toilet 🚽 were not taken care of, the beds were not swept, the floors were not mopped, and one day they even did not put paper towels. I asked them and they said they forgot to put the paper. , I also put a small square towel and said it was gone. To be honest, I had the idea of ​​​​changing to another room for two days! But what kept me warm was that the front office staff and the lady at the front desk were very enthusiastic about giving me free room upgrades.
