雖然是老酒店，但服務、餐飲、衞生都還可以。尤其是餐飲接待的一位美女，很遺憾忘了叫什麼名字，很有耐心的幫我預訂了大年初一的餐，親戚們歡聚一堂很不錯。

位置好房間整潔，停車方便，城市夜景一覽無餘。服務人員彬彬有禮，熱情介紹當地美食及古城遊玩攻略。早餐很豐富，吃到了當地特色小吃。第二天在伏羲廟還趕上了每月十五的小祭，學到了不少知識。下次來天水還會選擇！

首先聲明下，從新疆住酒店一圈來到天水，舟車勞頓的晚上來到前台登記，較差的前台服務是我沒有料到的，畢竟天水現在是個旅遊城市，而且這個酒店在商圈。停車場的大哥們服務態度很好，很熱心，早餐前台的小姐姐服務態度也很好，綜合評價衹有前台，她們是關係户嗎😂不太理解，既然沒法做到微笑服務和耐心服務為什麼這麼重要的前台要放她們。新疆任何酒店維吾爾族姑娘，漢語都説不利索的情況下都服務態度很好，不太清楚天水這個前台服務是特色嗎？既然有這個流量，那就為城市增光添彩吧，要不然雖然談不上抹黑，但是非常敗好感。

這家酒店必須好評，位置好，離古城和伏羲廟都不遠，房間裝修是新中式風格，雖然不大但裝修很新很有格調，乾淨衞生，床品也很舒服，大廳和樓層走廊都有冷氣開放，這在炎熱的八月讓人一進入酒店就特別舒服，最讓人特別驚喜的還有餐廳，裝修高端大氣有檔次，菜品豐盛種類多，且質量高，西式中式當地小吃應有盡有，服務人員很多，都特別有禮貌有素質，一進餐廳就有工作人員把消毒好的盤子（熱的）遞到客人手中，煮麪的檔口不僅有煮麪的大姐在麻利的煮麪，還有一個漂亮的小妹妹笑盈盈的為等候的顧客服務，如果還要等會就讓客人先去拿別的或坐下她會等麪煮好幫客人送過去，要喝牛奶馬上工作人員幫你去接，這種服務在其他酒店還沒見過，飯還沒吃完我就忍不住想真心的點贊，但當時還不到時間不能點評，晚上奔波到很晚，想到這事還是不顧疲勞進行點評，真是這麼多天旅行碰到的性價比超值的酒店。
