HanTing Hotel (Tianshui Central Square)

The family room is large and the hotel has a great location. The facilities are relatively new, the bath water is very stable and very comfortable. Front desk service was superb. My baby wanted to take a nap at noon, so I needed to check out late. Although I had signed up for Huazhu membership, I still saved a lot of money and was given breakfast. It's my baby's first time traveling, and I'm very grateful to be able to stay here for the first time. It's a great hotel experience for the child!

As a frequent guest holding membership cards of many hotels, I encountered a rather embarrassing scene when I stayed at Hanting Hotel in the provincial capital this month: at breakfast, the staff could not find my breakfast information and directly asked me to leave the restaurant. Despite this unpleasant experience, out of trust in the Hanting brand and recognition of the Ctrip platform, I still chose to book the Hanting Hotel in Tianshui when traveling during the Spring Festival. After checking in, I was impressed by the spacious layout of the room and the clean and tidy environment, which is worthy of praise. However, there are some glaring issues with the accommodation experience. The air conditioner made a lot of noise when it was running. When the temperature was turned up, the indoor air was dry and my lips became chapped. When I adjusted the temperature to a moderate level, I caught a cold because the quilt was too thin. When taking a shower, even after running cold water for a long time, the water temperature is still not ideal, which makes people very frustrated; and the speed of adding warm water to the washbasin is ridiculously slow, and the waiting time is really long. There were also many problems with breakfast. On the first day of my stay, the front desk told me that they couldn't find my breakfast information, but said they could give me an extra one. I didn't want to take advantage of this, so I canceled the order and rebooked two breakfasts. As a result, on the first day of the ***** New Year, when my husband went to get breakfast, he was still told that there was no breakfast reservation. He could only silently accept the "charity" from the front desk and did not dare to ask more questions. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the front desk to verify. Unexpectedly, the other party had a tough attitude and had no sincerity in solving the problem. In desperation, I could only turn to Ctrip for help. Fortunately, the Ctrip staff had a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. They solved my problem quickly and properly, which made me feel a little better.
