就喜歡帶“暖氣”的酒店，入住前特意確認的。當天下雪，進入大廳很温暖。房間空間很大，行李箱、嬰兒車隨便放。洗漱台、廁所、淋浴三個區域分離，互不干涉這點很棒。最值得點讚的是淋浴，水壓很大，而且花灑出水均勻，老婆説很👍。有暖氣片，貼身衣物洗了，搭在上面第二天就幹了。另外酒店在院子裏，雖然是在市中心，但一點噪音也沒有，很安靜。

23年9月甘肅嘉峪關張掖之行就住星程，24年反季節到天水玩依舊住星程。星程酒店甘肅天水市中心廣場店，在天水秦州區的中中心，旁邊是天水市政府和秦州區政府，酒店在大院裏，可以説十分安全。出酒店就是胡氏古民居南北宅子。從酒店溜達10分鐘到天水古城，從酒店溜達10分鐘到育生巷，從酒店溜達10分鐘到明光巷。從酒店到文廟和城隍廟5分鐘，這地理位置絕絕子！！！星程前台小姐姐和我們樓層的服務阿姨，餐廳的服務阿姨和藹可親，免費給我們贈送了早餐。房間裏每天4瓶水，乳膠枕頭睡得舒服啊，淋浴間馬桶間洗手枱是3分離。我和老媽住了2晚，住得很舒心！

房間蠻乾淨的，就是吹風機一言難盡。
設施：都還行 就是吹風機不好用 頭一直掉拿不住吹完頭髮炸毛
衞生：衞生蠻乾淨的 沒有發現大的污垢

前台服務很好，環境不錯，離古城近，酒店很新，乾淨衞生，去玩的時候住的很舒服，房間特別安靜，一點都不吵，床睡得很舒服，一覺誰的很舒直接到天亮！特別推薦！

看了很多酒店最後選了這家，對於衹想找個乾淨安全經濟型地方晚上睡一下，其他時候都在外面玩的，這家可以了。位置還挺安全，大隊院子裏啊哈哈，主要是可以步行去古城和早餐的巷子。還有機器人送外賣，可以寄存行李，比漢庭貴一檔還是不錯的。

1.房間很潮濕，衞生間的門漏水，漏到馬桶那邊，然後不下水，所以很潮濕。
2.停車挺不方便，事前也沒有告知院內不能停車。
3.我提前打電話預約房間，需要安排一間安靜的房間，最後還是給了一個有煙道還是有設備的房間，也不知道是聽不懂還是怎麼了，嗡嗡的腦袋瓜，各省市住的漢庭星程算是比較差的。
4.位置算挺好的，距離哪裡走路都挺近，距離麻辣燙幾百米，到天水古城、伏羲廟也不遠。
5.最後這次出遊的感受。一是這邊的人不是很熱情，有些人脾氣很大，畢竟是小城市，多問兩句就不耐煩，所以去旅遊的不要有太大的期待。二是景觀基本是人造的，規劃挺亂，除了洞窟，其他景色大同小異。三是景區下班很早，去之前提前規劃好時間。四是飯菜的味道都很一般，吃了兩天沒吃到一個好吃的。五是導航在這基本失靈，各種導航錯誤。六是不想花冤枉錢的、沒有耐心等公交的別來，各種小坑等着你。七是畢竟是網紅城市，小眾景點，潮水過去，看還有什麼吧。
