Yes, it is easy to find, the newly opened facilities are very clean, parking has its own small yard is also very convenient. The service is very warm, the room is well ventilated, the sheets are very new, the hotel is safe, the wireless network is not stuck, and the furniture decoration is quite new. I usually rarely write online reviews, but this time I must praise it. Their lobby is very in line with the characteristics of the geological hotel. The geological atmosphere is strong. The beauty at the front desk is very thoughtful. It snowed when I checked in that day. I booked a room by the elevator. The front desk staff said that it was cold in the snow. Actively helped to upgrade some of the room types in the middle, and turned on the air conditioner very intimately before check-in. It was really great. Check out and sent three baths. The service was in place. The interior of the room was spacious and clean. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Must choose next time

The first time I came to Tianshui, I was shocked by their warm hospitality. The hotel has free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very considerate. The room is clean and well-lit. The front desk lady is also very polite. She upgraded the room type according to my personal requirements, free of charge. It's a really good hotel🏨

This is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk service attitude is good! The breakfast is very rich and there are local snacks! The room is cleaned very cleanly! The shower water pressure is very high! Overall very satisfied! Have stayed here many times!

The girl at the front desk is very nice. Ctrip's location is wrong, so I have to call the front desk to ask for the navigation address. The hotel has two washing machines with drying functions. It may be the off-season and the hotel is undergoing renovations. The back of the hotel building (picture 1) is also being renovated. There is a school next to it, and songs will be played in the morning. The hotel is in a good location, with food, drinks and a coffee shop downstairs.

It was a very nice hotel with all the needed amenities. The breakfast was amazing. There's even access to washing machine and dryer to do laundry. Only issue was the first room they gave us had a strong smoking smell, even though they said the whole hotel was no smoking. But when we reported, they switched us to a new room right away.
