Nice room, comfortable stay But there is a big problem. The parking lot is an underground parking lot. To pull luggage, you have to go to the entrance ramp or stairs. There is no elevator. You have to drag your luggage to the B&B. It is very inconvenient to walk in the ancient city. Children should be careful when raising elders It's already two o'clock in the middle of the night, and people who have just finished eating and drinking are talking loudly outside. People who have trouble sleeping should not book it. Let's not talk about the noise at twelve o'clock in the evening. It's two o'clock in the middle of the night. It's not suitable and the sound insulation is not good.

Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.
