Hotels in Tianshui City Square, Tianshui

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

It is worthy of being a four-star hotel in Tianshui. The service is good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it makes people feel at home. I will come here often in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

I came to Tianshui to eat Mala Tang during the Qingming Festival holiday. I booked this hotel. The location is quite good. It is not far from Fuxi Temple and Mala Tang. The hotel room is also large. The front desk service is good. When it rains, I also sent an umbrella. Like 👍

Great, thank you Trip.com The first stop of this trip let us stay at the favorite, awesome, newly opened high-end star hotel, as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the front desk little beauty Xiao Wang and other little beauty waiters warmly received us, their sweet smile, Warm and cordial greetings let us off the fatigue of driving for more than 7 hours on the trip, and we were intimate and enthusiastic to upgrade to a warm and clean double room, and sent a lot of pure water and local specialties. It was really touched. The hotel has an underground parking lot on the ground. Next to the hotel is Qinzhou Impression Culture Commercial Street. There are large supermarkets, many restaurants, and everything is convenient. When eating breakfast, the hotel manager Wang personally served tea and coffee to the guests. It was really warm. Downstairs of the hotel is the Bawang Cha Ji milk tea shop, Luckin Coffee shop, and Watsons, and 150 meters opposite is Changji Guagua. It is also very close to the ancient city and Yucheng Road, and the starting price of a taxi is 5 yuan. It is about 10 yuan from the Siheyuan Malatang and Huaer Musa Barbecue Fuxi Temple. Personally, I think the location is very good for food punching. But it is quite far from the high-speed rail station Maijishan Xianren Cliff. The hotel's electronic equipment, shower, small refrigerator, disposable face washcloth, and heated eye mask are all good, but the hair dryer is ordinary and even a little hot on the scalp. My friend and I encountered the problem of hair dryer overheating protection. Overall satisfied, I will choose to stay here when I come to Tianshui again.

Amy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

The hotel environment was elegant, and I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The surrounding transportation was convenient, and there were many breakfast options available. Especially nice was the beef noodle shop just a five-minute walk from the hotel [frowning face] – it was delicious! They even gave us wristbands for the Dragon Boat Festival – such a thoughtful touch! Most importantly, they upgraded us to a family suite for free because we had a child with us. It was truly a very satisfying trip.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of the ancient city's Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and Yusheng Alley. There are two elevators upstairs in the hotel. I went downstairs in the wrong elevator and ended up in the hospital lobby, where I returned my room card and lost it. I had to pay 50 yuan in compensation. Be sure not to take the wrong elevator. Even though it's a beauty clinic, it's still quite scary to find yourself in a hospital lobby at night.

This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent.
