The room was very clean, tidy and odorless, the layout was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was very stable. The indoor facilities are fully equipped, air conditioning and hot water respond quickly, and the bathroom is clean and easy to use. The young lady at the front desk is warm and caring, responds promptly, and can patiently answer and deal with needs. The overall living experience is excellent, the price is very high, this hotel is the first choice for travel accommodation, and will stay again next time!

This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent.

The hotel environment is nice and clean, with smart technology throughout. It's also located in the city center, offering plenty of dining options and places to explore. The service is very attentive. I would definitely choose 7 Days Inn again next time, and I hope they can maintain their good service and hygiene. 😊

The room was just like a normal hotel, and the service was really friendly. The lady at the front desk told me which sweet cake was the best and how to order it cheaply. We went to eat Haiying Mala Tang and it was sold out late at night. I called the front desk to recommend it to us. I bought a restaurant that the locals thought was delicious. The overall experience was great. They also warmly recommended that we take our children to visit Fuxi Temple.

It's not far from places like Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and the ancient city. Taxi fares are reasonable, so if you want to take a walk to see the night view, you can walk back. The service was excellent. The front desk manager was very welcoming and greeted everyone entering and leaving. The front desk was also very good. They upgraded my room and even sent me water in the evening, which was very prompt and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. While the facilities aren't the newest, the service is much better than many new hotels in Tianshui. The parking lot isn't large, but the security guards were very responsible and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

My boyfriend took me to Tianshui this time, and we chose this hotel, which is located in the old city. The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style, the environment and hygiene are excellent, and the service is very enthusiastic. The beautiful ladies in the front hall will upgrade the room type. The whole house is smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for sleeping. I recommend it to my friends. I booked a breakfast without breakfast, and bought one separately. It was not expensive, and it was clean. The rice noodles were very good. I will choose to stay here next time! ! ! The main parking is free and convenient, not far from the Fuxi Temple and the scenic spots in Tianshui City!

I booked this hotel in advance for the Chinese New Year, and it completely exceeded my expectations after checking in. The location is excellent, very close to Tianshui's popular attractions like Tianshui Ancient City, Fuxi Temple, and Yuquan Temple. Yuxing Alley, Malatang Siheyuan, and Guangming Alley are all within walking distance. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are also fantastic. On the first floor, there's free hot water, soy milk, coffee, and a washing machine. The staff are very enthusiastic; they even help dry your clothes after washing and are attentive to any requests. My experience was absolutely wonderful, and I'm super satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
