The hotel I stayed at this time really exceeded expectations, especially the front desk and room hygiene must be praised!
Front desk service: I felt very comfortable from the door, the staff smiled and greeted me, the check-in speed was super fast, and I also took the initiative to inform the elevator location and breakfast time. I asked some questions about the surrounding play in the middle, and I patiently answered them. The attitude was particularly good and people felt very kind.
Room hygiene: As soon as you enter the room, your eyes shine, the desktop and floor are clean, there is no dust. The bedding looks very tidy, it feels refreshing, and there is no smell. The bathroom is even more reassuring. The toilet, sink, and shower area are all polished, and even the corners are cleaned up in place, with special peace of mind.
The overall experience is great, the price is very high, I will choose this one next time!

MM35150****After we took a taxi in the evening, the boss helped us move our luggage to the room. The courtyard has a very nice environment and is suitable for taking pictures. Later, when I went to Maijishan and Xianrenya, the boss would pick me up and drop me off by car, and said I would leave him a call if I had anything to do. Breakfast is 15 yuan per person, and children are free. It includes eggs, steamed buns, porridge, cold wild vegetables, and cold shredded potatoes. The side dishes are delicious. Later, we had lunch and dinner at his house, see the picture.

CCuidahuziThis is my second stay at this hotel. I came straight here from the train station, and the Mercure's location is excellent. The hotel's facilities and services are superb – I absolutely love it! The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also fantastic. I'll definitely choose Mercure again next time.
While here, I met guests from Shanghai, Guangdong, Northeast China, and even Japan. As a visitor from Sichuan, it felt like a homecoming, especially since Tianshui was part of the Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period!

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

QQianqianlanlanDownstairs of the hotel is the Bawang Cha Ji milk tea shop, Luckin Coffee shop, and Watsons, and 150 meters opposite is Changji Guagua. It is also very close to the ancient city and Yucheng Road, and the starting price of a taxi is 5 yuan. It is about 10 yuan from the Siheyuan Malatang and Huaer Musa Barbecue Fuxi Temple. Personally, I think the location is very good for food punching. But it is quite far from the high-speed rail station Maijishan Xianren Cliff. The hotel's electronic equipment, shower, small refrigerator, disposable face washcloth, and heated eye mask are all good, but the hair dryer is ordinary and even a little hot on the scalp. My friend and I encountered the problem of hair dryer overheating protection. Overall satisfied, I will choose to stay here when I come to Tianshui again.

GGuest UserThe King Room with Window at Hanting Hotel that I stayed in this time exceeded my expectations overall! The room is of moderate size, with a simple and warm layout, and the design of original wood tones makes people feel relaxed. The big bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I can sleep without any pressure until dawn. What I am most satisfied with is the windows in the room, which provide ample lighting and good ventilation. The sunlight coming in in the morning is particularly soothing, and at night I can see the street lights, without feeling oppressive at all.
The hygiene details are in place, there are no obvious stains on the floor, table and toilet, the air conditioner cools quickly and quietly, the shower water pressure is stable, and there is plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly, the front desk is efficient, and the response to needs is timely. The hotel is conveniently located with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

JJackieLauThis hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around.
Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too.

AAnonymous UserHotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

There is an entrance to the underground shopping street just outside the entrance,and many convenience shops. It is just a few minutes walk away from the pedestrian shopping street. There is a KTV in the same building, but I never heard any noise from it. The decor is a little dated now, but otherwise it is a fine choice at this price point.

SSpeedoholicAmy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby.
All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

Moreover, the location of the hotel is very convenient only 5km to Majishan and next to other beautiful places on the mountains.
We book a room with shared toilets, the room was very clean, the toilets so so but there is also private room if you want. A very good price / quality ratio
