The water in the shower is very large and hot. I have been very careful, but the water still flows outside... The corridor is very long, but I don’t know why the lights are very dim. The breakfast is really too simple, there are not many varieties, and I can’t see what to eat after looking around. The service is still quite polite. Finally, I couldn’t understand why I had to pay a deposit. I stayed in several hotels during the Chinese New Year. Many of them had food in the rooms and drinks in the refrigerators, but they didn’t charge a deposit. However, this hotel was empty and had nothing in it, but they charged a deposit.…Since I live near a scenic spot and there is not much to eat nearby during the Chinese New Year, I couldn’t find anything in the hotel when I was hungry at night. The room delivery service ended at 8:30, and there was no takeout nearby. Many businesses were closed. I think the hotel can really provide some snacks in the room according to its own situation.

It smells for a very short time. It rained for two days when we stayed there. I don’t know if it has something to do with the rain. The landline was still posted with the room number of another room. Obviously, the phone was wrongly replaced. In addition, the toiletries are a bit cheap. As a hotel under the Hoshino Group, with a room rate of more than 2,000 per night, these hardware facilities are obviously not enough. Software service: The service was still good from the beginning of entering the store. It was probably because the occupancy rate was not high. We had dinner in the hotel. There was only one table in the restaurant, and the dishes were OK. A souvenir was also given when leaving the store. However, the key point is that each room has a deposit when checking in. When I left the store, I asked when the deposit would be refunded? The hotel front desk said that it would be credited to my account in the afternoon. At 5:30 pm, I found that it had not been credited to my account while I was waiting for the high-speed train. I called the hotel to ask. The front desk checked and told me that my colleague had forgotten to do it and would do it right away. I was so upset. Not to mention that I think hotels that pay in advance should not collect deposits, the deposit refund operation was also inconsistent with the professional standards of a five-star hotel.

The breakfast is very rich, mainly Chinese, and there are also Western food such as bread sandwiches. There are also many local snacks. The soup noodles, pan-fried pot stickers and rolls are all made on site and taste very good. Especially the pot stickers, the bottom is very crispy when they are just out of the pan, highly recommended.
