酒店在祁連山冰溝河景區裏，為了第二天攀登柴爾龍海天池，訂了這家酒店。前台服務小姐姐非常熱心周到，細心告知房間設施使用方式。對於在這樣一個相對偏僻的景區，酒店設施衞生還是令人滿意的。特別想誇讚一下酒店的餐廳，因為我們到的比較晚，且不是旅遊旺季，幾乎沒有遊客，景區內的餐廳店鋪都已經關門了，衹有酒店餐廳還開着，並且為僅有的我們兩人熱情服務，讓飢腸轆轆的我們可以飽餐一頓。

酒店景區環境很好，舒適。
但是服務不夠全面，尤其是餐廳飲食，衞生有些堪憂，帶孩子會擔心健康問題。
會有高原反應，並無醫葯預防措施可以提供。
希望改進，下次還會選擇入住，並且推給更多朋友。

設施很新，衞生好。
我們晚上9點半才到，途中遇到小雨+濃霧，行走在山間小道非常驚險。
前台幾次打電話給我們確認到達時間，在景區大門口有擺渡車接。
但是不幫忙搬行李，落在前台的一瓶水也要自己去拿。

晚上8點多到的 一下車 外面衹有8度 4個人 帶2娃都穿短袖 ，一定要先買門票 刷門票 進 停車地方到進口有樓梯 ，弄好票 擺渡車説還要等個人在走 ，這麼冷沒帶衣服 説能不能先送我們進去 有2個孩子 我+錢 ，不行 最後人來了 我以為到酒店有多遠 結果 100多米… 到酒店門口 4個人都説冷 自己走了 我們自己搬行李 連個問的人都沒有 房間在5樓 電梯衹能到4 樓 然後走消防通道… 帶2個28寸行李 早餐 嗯 不評價 房間 竟然沒有窗簾 説是風景房… 可以説整個酒店主打一個自助！

對於景點裏的酒店，這個價格確實不高，冰溝河非常美，爬累了晚上休息一下或者頭一天住着一大早出發都是不錯的選擇，就是早餐實在拿不出手

景區景色絕對值得5A➕，但酒店各項服務都有待加強，一是餐廳，晚上七點多去被告知廚子下班了，早餐還不如農家樂水平；二是電動接駁車，我們早晨退房被告知司機還沒上班，自己拖着行李走出景區，對於酒店住客，就應該安排專門一輛車等候，景區出入口到酒店門口，全天候免費接駁，隨叫隨到，住過那麼多酒店，沒遇到過如此朝九晚五的服務行業員工；三是景區的電瓶車，酒店住客肯定是至少貫穿2日在景區，竟然每天都要重新買電瓶車票，我們下午三點多到的，120塊做了兩趟車，轉天上午還重新買車票，這麼圈錢是不是有點不合理？？？希望酒店能夠找專業公司管理，景區的服務也得動動腦子，這麼美的景，不好好運營，真的是白瞎了！

酒店位置很棒，就是在景區內。晚上山上特別冷，房間給的被子很厚很暖和。服務也不錯。因為住宿就景區內，早上吃完早餐就可以出發出上遊玩了，然後中午又回酒店洗個熱水澡，這樣的行程真的很舒適。酒店的圓餐廳早餐也可以，基本的都有。希望景區愈辦愈好，大自然的景色真的很美麗，如果景區內有相關的明信片就好了。

風景優美，性價比高，窗簾拉開的一瞬間直擊心靈，置身大自然。酒店旁邊還有水上樂園和遊樂區，親子出行非常適合，旁邊也有餐廳，早上起來吃過早餐直接去景區享受美景。

酒店在景區裏，相較於當地條件酒店的環境設施都還不錯，景色和空氣更是絕絕子，尤其驚艷的景區裏的餐廳，一個有水車的小院裏炒的菜那叫一個香，隨機點了八道菜，沒有一道踩雷的，巨香還乾淨
