體驗感很差，中午兩點給我打電話退房的，當時我還沒起床，我説要延遲到3點退房，結果收我60一個小時，直接收了我三分之的房費，合理嗎？停車費要自己出就算了，酒店還亂收費，失望！

之前住過就點評過。
整體很好，在天柱這裏算是電競酒店的小榜樣了。
地方好找房間不錯之外，前台妹妹也都是大美女，而且都挺熱情服務也很周到。之前3樓那個房間馬桶蓋壞掉水一直流，給他們説了之後就讓專業人士來修理了。而且幾次退房的時候，都因為還在電腦上處理資料，就推遲時間，包括衞生阿姨也都在外面很耐心的等，沒有不耐煩。需要買點兒小東西，都會送到房間。每次按金退的也很快。👍🏻
