Um verdadeiro terror. Uma falta de preparo desde a recepção. Todos os quartos que reservamos estavam com problemas, num o ar não funcionava, no outro o ar derramava água dentro do quarto. Os chuveiros elétricos não funcionavam, os ralos dos banheiros entupidos o que alagava o banheiro. Limpeza ruim dos quartos, o banheiro fedia. Toalhas péssimas. Café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções. Além de todos esses problemas o que me deixou mais revoltada foi o despreparo para resolver. Ninguém fez nada, não tinha ninguém para ver os reparos. O gerente José ainda teve o despreparo de ME mandar olhar os disjuntores, verificar com o zelador se teria algum quarto livre e que estivesse funcionado… Enfim… não vão.

Não recomendo. A falta de estrutura traz um sentimento de abandono. Precisa de muita manutenção nos quartos: ar condicionado que não funciona, pingando dentro do quarto, vazamentos nos banheiros, luzes queimadas nos cômodos, chuveiro elétrico sem funcionar, não tinha Wi-Fi nos quartos. Fizemos uma programação em família, onde reservamos 3 quartos nesse hotel. Em todos tivemos esses problemas, ficamos sem ar condicionado em um dos quartos e não conseguiram outro. Realmente, um desastre a nossa experiência… as fotos eram lindas, mas se tivesse atentado para ver as avaliações antes, teria procurado outro Hotel.

Yorumlara baktığımız endişelerim olmuştu açıkçası otele geldikten sonra bu yorumların gerçeği yansıtmadığı gördüm. İlk karşılamada misafir ilişkilerinden kızlar çok kibar ve anlayışlıydi hemen yönlendirme ve bilgilendirme yapıldı. Denizi,yemekleri her şeyini çok çok beğendik. İçecekler kalitelidir. Biz dinlendik ve eğlendik açıkçası mutlu ayrılıyoruz.

Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo. Fiquei 10 dias a trabalho nesse hotel, no terceiro dia a tv do quarto parou de funcionar e ninguém fez nada a respeito, não trocaram o nem deram uma solução. Limpeza do quarto prefiro nem comentar pq realmente deixa a desejar, nem as areias que fica no banheiro as faxineiras tiram. Café da manhã é bem fraco mais ainda é ok. Muito abandonado

Lugar incrível! Eu e meu marido nos sentimos muito bem, relaxamos comemos bem, lugar maravilhoso de de relaxar com o canto dos pássaros na nossa varanda. A piscina gigante e limpa! Voltarei com certeza!! O quarto limpo e cheiroso e bem arrumado. Tudo foi muito perfeito!! ❤️❤️❤️

Nos hospedamos no #lago hotel foi a pior das decepções fui eu,meu marido e mais dois casais,primeira decepção foi o banheiro do restaurante o cesto do banheiro não tinha tampa,as porta suja e quebrada . Os quartos meu Deus a recepcionista falou que só poderia liberar o quarto as 14;00hs para a camareira organizar,não sei onde foi parar a organização o meu quarto não tinha frigobar,tv, wi-fi.as toalhas de dar nojo,encardida com manchas de ferrugem parecia mas pano de chão ,ainda bem que levamos as nossas,os quartos cheio de poeira,teia de aranha sem falar que os quartos são colados um no outro se der uma descarga o outro ouve ,da para ouvir toda a conversa dos outros quartos enfim foi uma decepção enorme nunca nem pesquisem por esse hotel pois ele é uma furada.

Fui com minha família e nos deparamos com um hotel situado num ligar lindo, mas muito mal cuidado. Alguns funcionários muito educados. Comunicação péssima com a recepção que não ajudava em quase nada. Alugamos um chalé com três suítes e a minha suite só serviu pra guardar as malas pois o ar condicionado estava quebrado e não ajeitaram durante toda a estadia. O banheiro vazava água por todas as pias e chuveiro queimado e não fizeram nada, quando ia tomar banho virava uma lagoa pq a água não descia. O banheiro fedia a esgoto. Usamos o quarto do outro familiar pra poder ficar na casa. Café da manhã fraquíssimo, com poucas opções. O restaurante do hotel não funciona depois das 20h. A piscina é ótima, mas não tem serviço de bar (não quando estávamos). Não vale o valor pago. Foi caríssimo.
