We've got the whole attention we needed - the food was great and rich and all of the staff were very kind and positive with afforts to make our time pleasant as they could- We've experienced much more than our expectations !! Sadly and not surprisingly, this hotel is no exception. For 350$ we received feces in the bathroom on arrival, dripping pipes, flashing lightbulbs, no working phone and three days to get the second towel for our room and blankets to sleep on the floor because the bed was terrible for us. Some of the staff were lovely. The problems may be managerial. Wishing you luck and tolerance!

Praise Shir from the reception, welcoming and kind, the clean and luxurious room, the rich kitchen and the variety of attractions you gave us and swimming in the pool. We had a lot of fun. We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the week. We were greeted by a courteous reception staff who quickly took care of our reception at the hotel. The room was big, clean and tidy. A balcony with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Large dining room, courteous service from the waiters, food in a large selection and very tasty. Everyone can find what they like. There is free entry to nearby Hami Tiberias. As well as those who want to visit the nearby tomb of Rabbi Meir Bael Hanes. The hotel has a very large and free parking lot next to it. Although half the hotel was occupied by evacuees from the Galilee, they were not felt there. I highly recommend the hotel and of course we will return to stay there again.

Very surprising, it was excellent. The place is 10 minutes from Tiberias city center. near Hami Tiberias. The staff: extremely kind, did everything to make our stay pleasant. Food: abundant, very varied. The hotel surroundings and public areas: a little small pool, not clean, crowded with people especially. A little more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the public areas. All in all it was a lot of fun, thanks to the hotel staff.

Very nice hotel but service is terrible. The mattresses were separated and we ask to replace them and there Is no answer. Also they didn't clean the room. We had to ask them several times to clean. The food was OK. Too bad, because the hotel has potential. But I won't come back especially because the bad service of the reception.

Well it's a Basic hotel in Israel with basic facility and basic food quality, it's all good for it's basic level, but the price is to high for the service level provided. In this light i can't really recommend this place and probably won't be back here again.

Poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. . No fitness center. The pool is outdoors and is very small. Larger pool and spa are available free but they are across the road at another site. The food is plentiful but unappetizing. All of it is is oversalted and overcooked. The maintenance of the rooms and public areas is poor. Both our rooms had no drainage of the showers and the floor covered in water. The air conditioner is on a fixed temperature and you can't adjust it.
