帶孩子來大城市鐵嶺考試，選擇了安靜典雅的福源靜舍酒店，店如其名，中式風格，裝修典雅，現代化設施一應俱全，空調靜音，投影儀投影清晰，智能馬桶温馨舒適，乾淨衞生，還有早餐送到房間，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。門前停車位充足，附近飯店也不少，充分滿足了吃住行的需求，下次來鐵嶺新城還會選擇福源靜舍酒店。

老闆態度很好，我也很配合。給老闆所有的評價都是好評，並且各個平台認真拍照片好評。大房間環境也確實不錯。但是建議大家不要晚上入住，晚上老闆不在，服務員態度不能説不好，但是一點兒人情都沒有，當我是**。我是攜程訂的，告訴我升級房間198，我看不到攜程上麪價格嗎？有昨晚入住時價格截圖。我本來打算花錢升級房間，後來一想不用升級了，升級了我就沒辦法拍照評價了。

很乾凈，整潔，還有早餐，老闆人很好，離高速口很近，附近吃喝玩樂超市都有。玩累了，下高速口就是，可以休息一晚第二天接着上高速出發。我對衞生要求比較高，衞生間，還有地面都很乾凈，無死角。很棒很滿意，而且價格還便宜。

民宿沒選好，搜尋到這家，果斷搬過來了！建議來鐵嶺的旅友們，還是住在新區，環境好，更安全！孩子和我都喜歡這裏！安靜…安全！謝謝王大姐幫忙晾衣服！熱情接待我們！今早還送我們到出租車上！智能馬桶和化粧鏡，床品很舒服！附近的沈老頭包子，吃早餐太棒啦！純手工現場包。

帶孩子出遊返程途中路過鐵嶺，依舊選擇了這家酒店，服務超級棒，衞生很乾凈，房間有智能馬桶，大投影孩子也很喜歡，性價比真的超高
