房間很整潔，空間很足，雖然床是倆小的拼一塊的，但是總體很不錯，環境也很乾凈
這個設備我給了6星，這是多的那一星，空調我開半天沒打開，壓根都沒吹風，給我凍的，這個還不要緊，沐浴一會涼水一會高温，給我日本人整是吧

衞生差，服務更差！夜裡旁邊空調機響，下樓找前台換房。前台讓保安陪我看兩個緊挨着房間。保安老大不願意站326門口，我去窗邊聽了感覺還是有聲。我説叔我想看一下隔壁。
結果！保安站那不動説這房間有什麼問題嗎？我説還是有點聲音，我就想看328，緊挨着你就刷下卡。保安説我，是你自己疑神了吧？
我不是本地人，我聽不懂疑神，但我不傻。我沒法和你一樣那麼大歲數擺一張臭臉，講不出挖苦人的話。我説我不是10點故意折騰你，神經衰弱我平時就得吃安眠葯。人家一臉不樂意一句話沒有，轉身就走。我説你等下，我房間就在3樓等會我把東西拿過來。告訴我不行，自己下樓去重新辦入住。不可置信問了兩遍，就是不行。轉身就走。我找你帶我看個房間怎麼了？麻煩死你了嗎？同一個樓層緊挨着，你覺得沒問題我就不能看旁邊的？你就可以評價客人疑神疑鬼了嗎？你們這麼牛別做服務行業真的。投訴攜程客服，之後打電話説2張早餐券自己下來取，我不缺你的兩份早餐。
讓愛人上去下來兩趟給你們拿房卡送房卡。讓你停留幾分鐘我同在3樓把東西送過去，不行！真的是，有一點權利都要為難死別人，得回你就衹是個保安。保安真是太牛了，不管你幾歲，你就是這個工作這麼大歲數活不明白嗎？陰陽怪氣的刷個卡為難死你了真的。步子賣的太難了，下次不滿意就不用帶我上樓。前台和你説，你就説你不去就完了。

前台美妹服務很好，原訂的房間沒有了，幫忙取消了訂單，然後又幫着訂了一間，特耐心不嫌麻煩，房間與圖片一樣，很乾凈。無按金退房交房卡走人，特方便。酒店位置好，跑長途下高速口就可以入住休息。值得推薦。
