It is located in the heart of the city, the hotel staff is very friendly and the beds are really comfortable. You just have to improve a little the doors, a bit obsolete, but otherwise it is a magnificent hotel to get to know Palencia.

This is a well situated hotel to visit the town, just across the river near the center of town. The staff are friendly, the hotel is not that new and might require a renovation, but room was clean and the staff friendly. Parking was for us no problem in front of the lobby.

No es un 4 estrellas, está entre 2-3 como máximo. Lo más importante a resaltar es el mal estado de las instalaciones. En las habitaciones 4 enchufes no funcionaban, enchufes rotos, cables por fuera, sábanas sucias. A pesar de ser amplias las habitaciones, lo cual se agradece, no lo recomiendo para más de un par de noches ya que no es un hotel para disfrutar. Las instalaciones comunes (comedor) más de lo mismo, suelos rotos, fundas de las sillas en estado deplorable…buffet correcto, sin más, mucha bollería industrial. La gente del hotel agradable pero sin ser de un 4 estrellas, por ejemplo nadie nos contó a la llegada el horario del desayuno, ni se ofreció para ayudarnos a subir las escaleras que hay en recepción para el ascensor (maletas, carro…). No volveremos. El parking no te lo cobran, claro, porque es aparcando en la calle y en una explanada que tienen al lateral, que si no hay sitio, búscate la vida.

El hotel tiene una categoría que no se corresponde con la realidad, necesita una reforma de sus zonas comunes. No puedo valorar el resto de habitaciones pero en concreto la habitación 306 tiene las paredes muy sucias y desconchadas y el baño necesitaría una limpieza más a fondo. Tengo que destacar como positivo la comodidad de las camas y la zona de piscina que está limpia y cuidada, aunque se debería mejorar la comodidad de las hamacas.

Es un hotel que le sobra una estrella. Es ruidoso. El personal de recepción es poco colaborador. Conectarse con la wifi es casi una lotería. Estoy en un grupo de turismo social y desde el desayuno y la cena, en horarios rígidos, no facilitan ninguna variedad de comida. Si no te gusta, no cenas.

Aunque el hotel está muy bien situado y Palencia es una ciudad que vale mucho la pena, el desayuno que nos dieron a un grupo bastante numeroso del IMSERSO habla por sí solo de la calidad de este hotel. Seguramente el hotel está lleno, estaba al 100% de su capacidad, gracias a los clientes del IMSERSO pero los tres días que desayunamos allí se nos sirvió, sin opción a repetir, un trozo de pan, una loncha de embutido y una fruta.

A NOSOTROS NOS TOCO UNA HABITACIÓN REFORMADA CON DUCHA Y EN GENERAL ESTABA MUY BIEN. LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL ES MUY BUENA, CERCA DEL CENTRO Y CON APARCAMIENTO ABIERTO DEL HOTEL MUY CÓMODO. EL TRATO DE LOS EMPLEADOS Y LA CENA FUERON CORRECTOS, AHORA EN EL TEMA DEL DESAYUNO ES CUANDO VIENE LA PEOR VALORACIÓN, SIENDO ÉSTE DEPLORABLE Y DE MUY BAJA CALIDAD, CON EL DULCE DE BOLLERÍA INDUSTRIAL E IMPROPIO DE UN 4 ESTRELLAS. Dentro del programa del IMSERSO hemos disfrutado de una estancia de tres días. El hotel está muy bien ubicado muy próximo al centro de la ciudad. El nivel de las habitaciones es muy bueno, bastante modernas, bien climatizadas aunque el aislamiento deja mucho que desear. Los desayunos caben ser calificados como austeros, siendo magnánimo. Las cenas eran servidas en mesa y de un nivel más que notable en cuanto al nivel de preparación de los platos
