The room is big enough, the bedding is clean and tidy, and it is very convenient to slide in and out. There is a storage room on the first floor of the hotel, and the ski field is outside the window. There is nothing wrong with it except that there are a lot of people noisy during the day. The balcony faces the snow-capped mountains and has a good view. I will go skiing next time Will stay again

We really really really enjoyed staying here. The staff are amazing everyone was so pleasant. On hearing that we where checking out at 6am they made our boys a cookie breakfast box. We had the half board option, the food is really good couldn’t get enough of the ceasr salad i ate it 5 out 7 nights think my wife at it 4 out of 7 nights. Every night there is a special starter and main and general quality was brilliant. The soup of the days where not the best lacking in flavour. The rooms where clean we had the duplex suite. It was perfect for us with small children up stairs but not for four adults. The view was fab and we sat for hours gazing at the mountain sip beer we cooled in the room fridge. Location wise it bang in the middle of town there is a magic carpet if you want to truely ski out, we carried our skis to ski school and the lifts as it was so close.

We visiting the hotel bar after a day skiing. Perfect place to relax in a beautiful environment. The staff were brilliant. Special shout out to Tif who served us, and thanks to Drachim too. Really good, kind people who really looked after us. You should definitely visit!

The hotel is in a perfect position, near the gondola and lifts. The view from the porch is beautiful, and the crew are very nice. There is an indulgent spa room, and overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Overall: While I found the hotel to be adequate for a ski vacation, I believe that improvements in room size, evening dining, and communal areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Positives: The location is excellent, providing convenient access to the ski resort. The hotel has a charming, intimate atmosphere. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The ski site is excellent and the hotel provides most of the needs. Areas for Improvement: The standard (comfort) rooms are quite small and may not be suitable for guests requiring more space. The quality of the evening meals was disappointing and significantly below expectations. The absence of a dedicated lobby area and the early closing time of the bar were inconvenient.

Very limited food menu, especially for children (only two opens for dinner....). No after ski food options, some bread, cheese, snacks would be standard for a holiday charging such prices. Staff were fine, but unhelpful generally and you got the feeling they had better places to be. If you are not planning to spend time at the holiday, it is good option are location is ideally. Otherwise, I is a "not recommended" from us. Family of four, with a group of five families

There are no saloons enough to stay. After dinner there is no place to chat with friends and drink sonething. All is closed!
