We had an amazing stay, and a huge thank you goes to Jasmin and her fantastic team! They went above and beyond to find us a last-minute ski lesson, which made our trip even more special. Everything about our stay was five-star —the entire team was professional and welcoming, the food was excellent (especially the desserts!), and the rooms were kept spotless every single day. The shuttle service was also very convenient and the staff in the ski shop is very helpful. We will definitely be returning next year with the whole family! Highly recommended!

Our party of two adults and three teenagers had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent. The hotel staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are modern and very clean. We had spacious rooms with excellent views of the slopes. The breakfast had everything you could ask for. The spa was fabulous. The hotel is a very short walk off about 50 metres to the slopes and is in a great location. The hotel also offered complimentary travel if you wanted to venture out in the evening. We ate out in Val Claret on two evenings and took advantage of this. We would definitely return and will happily recommend to friends and family.

Amazing service and hotel. A special mention must be had for Jennifer and Lola who work in the restaurant morning and evening, service was impeccable. Friendly attentive and a pure pleasure to be around. All staff at breakfast and during dinner service were amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel. Rooms are spacious and amazing facilities. The ski valets are very friendly and the service provided is amazing!

Exceptional thoughtful and professional staff, 50 metres from the piste, 200 metres from the lifts and gondolas, fantastic restaurant for breakfast and dinners, onsite ski rental and shop and a pool, hammane and sauna to relax in at the end of the day. I could not have asked for a more hassle free trip. Thank you!

It looks a great hotel to walk into but 2 things really took the sheen off its "shininess" for us. We were charged a shocker of a corkage fee at €35 for one regular bottle of wine! Simply outrageous by comparable restaurant practices. 2 Too many items on the menu incurred supplement charges -why do they penny pinch like this?? (we were half board) At € 285 per head per day this got up the nose of our group. Staff it has to be said did their best in dealing with some of these unsavoury measures.

Very nice hotel . Top quality and service . Clean and nice rooms . Only the sauna could be better. All the rest was absolute Value for money . Highly recommended
