The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. Excellent service from staffs! So kind and helpful. We checked in early and all prepared for our family. Beautifully designed hotel. Clean room and toilets with lovely fragrance. Location is perfect to everything u need. Bed is comfortable but pillows were small. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Tijuana.

Very good 👌👌The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, the environment is beautiful, and the service is very good. It is mainly close to the sea, and it is very convenient to check in at the US-Mexico border wall a few hundred meters away.

Hotel is pretty clean and secure. Only hotel guest can enter as you need a room key to get in and use the elevator.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

El servicio al aeropuerto lo cobran a 250 pesos. Un uber a 35 o 40 pesos Un poco ruidoso. Para descansar un rato y tomar un baño esta bien

Great location, fantastic staff, and very nice and clean rooms. Walking from this location was so much fun, with so much to see and enjoy. (Walk North then west at Home Depot….4-6 blocks after you cross the bridge over the river along Home Depot and Tacate factory you will see many vendors selling wonderful food and a vast variety of items).
