Great hotel location, clean, friendly staff, I liked the bar in the lobby, parking .75 cents with hotel validation per day. Stayed here several times before & will stay again. Decent hotel price. Great pool area, heated pool, nice size jacuzzi.

Disadvantages: This hotel is in the city center, the traffic volume is relatively large nearby, the sound insulation effect of the room is not ideal. Another point is that this hotel does not provide breakfast (it is a high-class hotel nearby, after all, the accommodation fee is so high) Advantages: Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to the airport and long-distance bus station. The best place to enjoy the lively, diagonally opposite the hotel is a well-known RIO shopping plaza, which has Adi Nike stores, well-known cosmetics stores, Apple stores, etc., a small partner who knows Spanish, about a Mexican girl. In the Spanish-style love movie (about), there is a Starbucks coffee shop under the hotel. You can have a cup of matcha star ice music (personal preference) in the afternoon. We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

The hotel is great, just across the street from Disney, a 10-minute walk. The lobby bar downstairs is very convenient for drinking coffee and beer. There are also high-end steakhouses and many affordable restaurant options nearby.

Best hotel in Tijuana

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

The facilities are relatively old, and it is mainly an airport hotel that is convenient for our daily work. The hotel's breakfast is really average, and it is a bit different from other Mexican breakfasts. The selection is relatively small. Fortunately, the room cleaning and other services are still relatively good.

Very satisfied, the environment is good, the space is spacious, and it comes with kitchen tools. I can cook noodles, especially for foreigners who are not used to eating local food. This is especially helpful.

Location, cleanliness is good. There was no dryer. Not only me but also four acquaintances were the same, so there is no doubt. There is a club next door and I am worried about noise. The low vibration sound is very loud from 11pm to 4am, and earplugs are essential for those who are sensitive to sound.
