Nice place indeed but a bit overpriced for what it offers. Quite far from the public transport facilities and I will suggest a bit more attention on the cleaning side, there are people here suffering from asthma and they don't need to inhale dust or cat/dog hair. However, I’m not sure if the host was high or racist at the moment we were welcomed. Anyway, I will avoid this place in the future. Thanks!

A bunch of racist/xenophobic, disgusting people! They sent the message that you can see in the attached screenshot, after the reservation was made. This is outrageous! They should be out of business. And whoever has the same mindset at the municipality of tilburg should find somewhere else to work. Welcome to The Netherlands… i can’t believe this is happening in 2023. Shame Holland!

If you have a Romanian nationality, your booking will be cancelled. The manager claims to be have an agreement with the Municipality of Tilburg to rightfully reject Romanian people. This is not only a lie, it's also illegal.

Ik schrijf zelden een slechte beoordeling maar moet dit toch echt vermelden. Te beginnen bij de badkamer, schimmel en vies, 1 x schone handdoeken gehad bij een 2 daags verblijf. Slaapkamer ligt aan de wegkant, heel erg veel verkeerslawaai, geen nachtlampjes bij het bed. Woonkamer, bank is versleten ligt een kleed over, alleen plafondlampen,koude vloer, geen sfeer! Stoffig en vieze muren. Wc is in de keuken, geen kookgelegenheid alleen een magnetron en oven. Terras maar geen meubilair. Tv kamer weinig zenders, tv op slaakamer doet het niet net zoals de vaatwasser. Het enige goede is het ontbijt!
