Northeast Penang Island Hotels with Gym

I booked this place for my parents, and they loved it. The location is convenient, close to the Penang Bridge, and it's easy to find food nearby. There's parking available, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!

The apt is clean, washer dryer provided and with the basic amenities .It has floor to ceiling glass window , so fantastic view. However the rooms bit small, esp the second room. The kitchen is ok , comparing to the previous apt , it has less equipment .But still overall is good. The facilities are fantastic - few types of pools for adult and children, wall climbing, playground, gym , basketball court. will book again.

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Penang. Hotel is clean and just beside New Lane Night Market (except Wednesday). The only downside is the swimming pool comes with lots of crows and pigeons. Hope the hotel management can set up some netting or so to prevent the birds from coming to the pool. Anyway thanks everyone. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Okay lah at that price. Perhaps improvement on the ”hotel services” like bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar - as you sell at the name of hotel. Other than that is okay, we may back in the future if the price maybe downgrade sikit

Customer service was top notch, very friendly staff. Special thanks to Ember who helped to change our room nearer to the lift as our elderly folks are not able to walk far. Breakfast was superb, lots of variety. Bed was comfy, we had lovely snooze. They even have a kids club where your kids can spend some time playing in there - a rare feature even among 5 stars hotel nowadays. Swimming pool is shaded by the hotel building in the morning so we could swim till noon and don't even feel any heat from the sun, but the opposite happens during the evening where the sun is fully blazing down on the pool. We went during the weekdays so there were less people but during weekends, you could barely swim around. Now on the not-so-good things - the car park is all stairs, no ramp, totally not friendly to the elderly and had to carry my luggage through the stairs. And you still need to pay RM 3 per day for it!! The hotel is across the road from the beach so you have to walk across a bridge and a deep long stairs down to get to the beach and it is quite dangerous, esp for kids and elderly people. All in all, we enjoyed our time there but there are many better hotels around Batu Ferringi.

I stay in hard rock over than 10 times , lagoon deluxe room , I very like it ,comfort , especially the food...mamamia ....very nice...for my kids swim and play it's such a good an relaxing place for my family

The hotel is new, fresh and located in the historical center of Georgetown where you can easily stroll along the colorful streets as well as find shopping centers. The staff is friendly, the lobby is cozy, smells nice, you can drink free coffee, tea and water. Of the minuses, we encountered an incident that all the sockets in our room did not work and we were unable to charge our mobile phones. The hotel staff quickly called a repairman and eventually replaced our room with the same one, but with a window. Another fairly big con was the fact that the pool did not work for all the days of our stay 2 nights. This was very important for us, since we chose a hotel with a pool.
