The location is good. Although the resort is new, there's too much walking noise due to the wooden rooms. noise from people walking on upper floor planks can be heard.
My bad experience is losing my health band after the room cleaning. Be careful of your belongings during your stay.

The food in the hotel is average, but the beach is really beautiful. You can also participate in snorkeling at your own expense.

The sea water is clear, there are beautiful corals and small fish, and I had a lot of fun. You can search the official website of Mersing, buy a round-trip ferry ticket in advance, from Mersing to Paya Jetty, and you will arrive at the hotel in a minute after getting off the boat. It takes about two hours by boat, and we need to arrive at the pier one hour in advance. We chartered a car from Johor Bahru to Mersing, and it takes two hours to drive.
