The room is the worst i’ve seen , no blanket provided , Broken shower , broken toilet seat (got leaking very bad) , cannot sleep whole night because of that water noises . The aircond also leaking , they charge rm120/night and for me it is NOT worth it !! When we talk to the owner they just told us they cannot do nothing , not even single apologize given . Not even smile . This is my 1st and last at mentawak

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The owner is extremely rude and clearly only cares about getting your money – not about the guests. No one was at the reception to help with anything. The room was filthy – sticky floors, bathroom full of dust and dirt, clearly not cleaned at all. The aircond was broken, and even after we complained, they refused to repair it. Still charged us full price with zero responsibility. What made everything worse – we had already *confirmed* a late check-out with the owner, but ended up being kicked out *rudely* by the owner's child. I was travelling with an *infant*, and we were forced to leave and walk 1.2km under the scorching midday sun to the jetty – no one from the chalet offered any help, not even bothered to ask about our transport. Absolutely no sense of hospitality or care. This place is not just unsuitable – it’s downright hostile and irresponsible. Strongly DO NOT recommend. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this place.
