I had a great stay at Queen Hotel. I had an awesome experience right from the day I checked in. The staff were very cheerful and always ready to help. The hotel was generally clean and the breakfast buffet had many options available. 10/10, would highly recommend.

The hotel is really beautiful, very nice location. The customer service is top notch, thanks to these two wonderful employees (Ano & Mborese) . You want to enjoy great spa experience? go there.Nice breakfast as well. In all I am happy with my experience.

The hotel is cozy From the metal key to the room design, everything has an antique feeling. The location is good. Cross the road, you can go to the busy center within 10 minutes walk. The elevator is very small and slow. Sometimes stairs is quicker.

The hotel is modern with an old fashioned twist, clean, spacious & the staff are more than accommodating. All staff spoken proficient English (thankfully as our Albanian was not up to scratch). They were all so helpful and hospitable and when we visit in the future, we’ll be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

The experience is the best Ive ever seen. Staff is nice, everything is so magical. I really love albania. They helped me with the beaggages, the tours they are linked to, parking spots, room service breakfast, laundry etc all at a very cheap price

It was a pleasure stey with a kind harted staff and an exellent service. The breakfast was good, rooms was clean and very quiet. Near the hotel was a supermarket and also the bus station. I definitly recomand this hotel.

Staying at the Queen Hotel was the best choice. Elegant place, finished in every place. The size of the rooms in the right balance with the furniture, the cleanliness of the rooms impeccable. The kindness and availability of the collaborators is excellent. The beautiful delicate receptionists available for every request, great in being MULTITASK, managing to stay from the reception to the breakfast service without neglecting anything. Many spaces available to tourists, a lounge with a covered balcony, chairs and tables with an open balcony. Strategic point, close to the motorway, 50m from the A1 bus stop that takes you to the center at a cost of 40 lek. A la carte breakfast NO WASTE abundant. PS BAR AND SPA, (service with separate payment) IN A FEW WORDS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
