Lovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport

This hotel standards was worse than poor, I am unsure on what people seem to have enjoyed so much about it.
Parking is free which is nice considering the surrounding area is unsafe to leave your car overnight.
The room was really small and unclean, there were stains on the towels and the bedsheets. The toilet wasn’t any cleaner, with a foul smell coming from inside it.
The staff were equally poor. We had gone downstairs to enquire about breakfast and the receptionist very rudely said “I said just sit down”. He told us he would bring the menu for the breakfast, but he didn’t and instead started to make whatever he wanted, without giving us the choice of what we wanted to eat.
He served us ham on our plate initially, which we cannot eat as we’re muslim. He was huffing and puffing then removed it from our plates. He then brought our food with his beard hairs in the omelette which was sickening. Again, I asked him to change the plate and he did. Another guest asked for directions to the toilet and he got very angry, talking to her rudely. We didn’t know how much we were going to pay for our breakfast as he didn’t communicate anything to us, just forced us to sit down and be his puppet.
This hotel is at an all time low, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. All of the awards you see in the hotel are from 10-15 years ago and unfortunately they are no longer at that standard.

I stayed here because it was close to the Tirana East Bus Terminal (TEG).
I had no complaints and the room was clean.

The view from our balcony was so amazing...omg!!! and the breakfast each morning was so fresh. We also booked a car through AlbCars and couldn’t be happier. It's cheaper than most rental desks and really convenient. Awesome Experience...

Lovely little hotel, very friendly staff, clean, well situated, lots of shops, bars, lounges, fruit stalls etc in the surrounding area. Only here for two days but very pleasant and reasonably priced. We would suggest if everyone that travels with family here

We were guests with our camper van on one of the hotel's six pitches. All pitches have electricity. Fresh water is supplied via a hose. Cassette toilets can be emptied. We met the hotel manager at check-in. A very nice and helpful woman who also speaks a little German. According to certificates hanging at reception, the manager completed his hotel management apprenticeship in Germany. So he should also speak German. The site is recommended by the ADAC
