Lovely Resort, was easy to check in. They gave us welcome drinks on arrival which was a nice gesture. Delicious food in Restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a fantastic stay with my family. Highly Recommend this resort and their staff is their greatest asset. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you for everything!

We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Parking was nice and big. The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. Comfortable bed. We had some very minor issues setting the right water temperature when showering.
Our son enjoyed sleeping in a baby cot, they provided small pillow and the bedding for cot and it was very cozy in there. The hotel has a restaurant on site with delicious food served quickly + kids menu. During our stay we had a live music performance on a stage what we enjoyed. Just next to the restaurant there is a kids playground where our toddler loved spending time. It is a bit outdated, but kids were enjoying it. There is also an outdoor pool, but we used it only once since it is not the heated one. We loved the SPA facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, salt room). It was not busy so our family enjoyed it after busy days driving and exploring the country. The staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Dirty rooms, hairdryer didn't worked they fix it after several calls and complains, shower was not working properly and had some parts broken, rude staff, very poor breakfast, salad at lunch with many insects. The worst hotel experience we've ever had

Our 3rd summer at Te Stela Resort Absolut brilliant holiday again ! Great pools and work out center Great communication Great service and staff Great food Great clean rooms Great taxa service with Didi / Astriid ! Best hotel in Albania ! We Will be back soon !

This resort is one of the best resorts I've ever been to. Its a little far from the center but 100% worth it. The staff is super friendly and lovely, even though they have a lot of work, they still find the perfect timing for their clients. The resort itself is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful room balconies from the pool. the restaurant gives a variety of delicious dishes, traditional and modern plates.

Lovely clean hotel with a lovely pool and excellent food served throughout the day at a very reasonable price. Superb service from check in desk, housekeepers to the restaurant staff - most polite, courteous and helpful especially Orger, Kleo, Ersida, Denisa, Andela and Beqar as well as the lovely housekeepers who were always polite, courteous and most helpful. Although slightly out the way there is a regular bus service 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you straight into the centre.

Nice place but it didn't help much when I had to sit in the floor in front of my room to get WiFi to do my online work. The receptionist said that they will send a technician to fix it but he never came. Alban
