great location, right in the center, really large apartment, simple but good cleaning, slightly dated furnishings but the kitchen is brand new, the bathroom really old and it is absurd to find the toilet seat broken and unsteady. let's forget about the 8 euros for parking the car, but the total madness is the request for another 8 euros to have the remote control for the air conditioning!!!!! absurd request never happened in life, that for a basic service at the seaside an extra is asked .... moreover the price of the stay is no longer the one requested but increases

We chose this residence for a weekend by the sea. We are a couple with a little daughter. We found the perfect property for our stay. The apartment was basic but he lacked nothing. Very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The kitchenette has everything you need. The property also has a coin-operated laundry. The location is excellent as it is just a few steps from the sea but not on the main road so no noise was heard. Finally, the very helpful managers who have solved a problem we created. We will definitely choose this place for a longer summer vacation.

Bel appartamento grande immerso nella natura con una bella terrazza dove mangiare. Problemi in ordine crescente: 1. zanzare veramente tante giorno /notte anche con i vulcani 2. formiche malgrado l'intervento del personale presenti molto presenti ogni cibo lasciato fuori dal frigo rischia di essere assalito 3. Elemento molto negativo: bello mangiare in terrazza ma se il vicino è un fumatore incivile si mette a fumare a 2 mt quando stai mangiando

E comodo perché essendo in centro dista 5 minuti dalle spiagge Però è molto datato in tutto Arrivato in camera mi sono tolto le scarpe come buona abitudine casalinga le calze dopo 5 minuti erano nere nerissime questo vuol dire che il pavimento è stato lavato male non c'è altra conclusione La camera da su una strada principale veramente troppo trafficata e rumorosa peccato La doccia 🚿 difficilissima da regolare ho fredda oppure troppo calda Parecchie formiche in stanza E poi non siamo stati avvisati che il servizio lavanderia " h24" che è a pagamento nel residence la domenica e chiuso, quindi siamo partiti il lunedì con un carico di indumenti sporchi peccato.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la posizione ideale vicino al centro di Tirrenia. Si arriva comodamente a Calambrone in un attimo. La camera é spaziosa e fornita di tutto l'essenziale. Cucina e lavatrice compresi. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del letto con materasso memory (si dorme una meraviglia). C'é il posto auto e l'ascensore per accedere alla camera ai piani superiori. Davanti all'ascwnsore i distributori delle bibite e del caffé sono stati provvisenziali. C'é anche una lavanderia a gettoni. Molto soddisfatti dell'accoglienza della reception che fin dall'arrivo é stata sempre molto cortese. Gli unici nei sono la scarsa illuminazione della zona giorno e un televisore più grande (c'é un 24 pollici) sarebbe stato gradito. Cmq la consiglio vivamente alle famiglie.
