The rooms and the hotel is filthy. There were cockroachs crawling in my room (atleast 5-6) because of which i had to leave the lights on through the night to keep them away. When i asked for toilet paper i got a rat eaten one. Overall a really bad experience. Oft times is not about the luxury, but basic hygiene and cleanliness is a requisite for anybody in the service industry.

Was given a room in 4th floor windows can't be locked, no tv was there on request they changed the room to 1st floor still same problem windows can't be locked even though other rooms were available don't know why they were not ready to give better ones being female guest was not comfortable windows which can't be locked over that it was open drainage when again raised this issue staff were convincing it is safe nothing will happen kind, coming to breakfast part it was simple but no staff there all were kept open, not even warm, upma, dosa, idly all were dry since kept open, when went for lunch around 2. 15 was said only noodles was available only when asked curd rice and tomato rice avl staff was not interested to serve

Dirty room, no water in bathroom, no bathing soap in toilet, no ceiling fan, dirty bathroom, raise a complaint but no action was taken, no contact for reception to talk or ask for anything

Stay was good, location of the property is good, easy to locate, room is smaller, uncomfortable for a family stay. Area of the property n parking stinks. Over all average stay.

Hotel was average not available hot water for bathroom and bathroom flush is not working whole day i get some kind a smell in bathroom. Than i change room. Also showers was not working properly

The room where good and clean with a comfortable spacing. The hotel management services was really appreciable. The. Staffs in the reception desk where kind and responsible. I personally enjoyed the stay in coastal grand hotel.
