Rooms are spacious. But bathrooms could have been better. Room service is very poor. We had to literally fight for towels which is a basic need in a hotel room. Mobile network will be down. Hotel wifi will be almost useless inside room. Staffs working here are least bothered about any requests. Only advantage is that, hotel is near to 5 falls. I will not recommend this to anyone.
