Extremely courteous staff and the food at Nadody restaurant was out of the world. Chef Muthu and his team of catering staff were friendly and were willing to fulfil all culinary requests! The Thirunelveli soppu is an outstanding dish , to name just one!

The rooms are maintained well. We have to insist on bottles and supplies even though they are free. The room locking system is not digitalised. It was a good stay

Location: Excellent location, on the main road, well connected with the city and the nearest Airport and Tuticorin. Food: The provided was excellent and tasty, though no restaurant existed on the Lodge campus, the required foods were provided as room service. Amenities and Service: Excellent, not expected of from a lodge normally in the small localities like Tirunelveli.

It's a old hotel which is keeping up with the changes. The plus I Noted 1. The Hotel is very close to the New Bus Stand which is an advantage. 2. The staffs are very cheerful and helpful. 3. Neat and clean room. 4. Comfortable Bed. 5. Complimentary Buffet Breakfast had a good menu choice. Negative 1. Parking at basement is limited.

This was our first visit to this town and booked into this Hotel after a review on the internet. The room rates are moderate and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But our room had no power supply socket for the refrigerator. It was surprising as to how a fridge was put on a location where there is no power supply !!! The Restaurant is well run, staff are friendly and oblige you with your requests. It was a happy time in the morning. Food was good too. The Front Office staff (a few) had NO smile on their faces. This gave you the feeling of 'un-welcome' as soon as you stepped into the Hotel. Though they gave you all the help you needed, a ”photo-flash” smile would go a long way, specially in this Hotel industry. In all other respects, this is a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable & not heavy on the purse !

It was a great experience to stay in the ka hotel. The parking was very good and spacious for my car.

Very cooperative even missed item by guest were sent to us with reminder many years staying there during the trip but one design issue not resolved after taking bk fast while doing hand wash it should be isolated from toilet in ground floor appreciate to remind them for longterm business relation
